Mr. John Rooymans invented the spectral power distribution SPD technology in Europe.

SPD technology was successfully used for vegetable and flower plantation project, the specific spectrum of SPD technology was certified to promote the green plant growth speed.

Microalgae specified growth light engine laboratory established in, the Netherlands.

The trial production of the first generation of chlorella specified growth light generator succeeded.

First Chlorella industrial cultivation site was built in the Netherlands, SPD technology Chlorella cultivation light engine and vertical microalgae photobioreactor system was put into operation.

Based on SPD technology, mass production of chlorella artificial light breeding project succeeded, and won the European Environmental Star Award.

Haematococcus Pluvialis and Nannochloropsis SP artificial light source photobioreactor cultivation project began. Brilliance Technologies won the China's High-Tech Enterprises award.

Haematococcus Pluvialis artificial light industrial  cultivation laboratory moved from the Netherlands to Shenzhen, China.  Mr. John Rooymans won the ASEAN lifetime Scientist Achievement Award.

De He Biotech which is wholly owned by Brilliance Technologies established in Shenzhen, and completed the angel funding in the same year. De He Biotech Haematococcus Pluvialis photosynthesis light engine and microalgae industrialized cultivation projects were awarded as Shenzhen Entrepreneurship Funding Award and Shenzhen Invention Funding Award.

De He Biotech core laboratory established, and  completed the whole process of Haematococcus Pluvialis and Nannochloropsis SP industrialization pilot experiment. De He Biotech is the joint research and development partner of Chinese government 863 microalgae bio-diesel refining project.

De He Biotech was awarded the Excellent Enterprise of the Innovation Competition of "Biomedical Industry" and was interviewed by CCTV2 Financial channel.  In the same year, De He Biotech completed the A-round financing and formally launched the construction project of 50 tons of Haematococcus pluvialis production base in Huangshan.

Dehe Bio-molecular company Anhui Debao won the first place in the final of CITC· Entrepreneurship Competition in Yangtze River Delta (Huangshan). In the same year, it was selected into the "Quality Pioneer Archives" of China Quality News Network, and the energae brand product Natural Microalgae won the honorary title of "Quality Pioneer".
